What we collect

Your name and email when you request the checklist or reserve a report; the build details you give us on the intake form; and the plans and bid documents you upload for your review.

What we use it for

One thing: producing your report and communicating with you about it. We also keep anonymized, aggregated construction-cost data (square footages, quantities, regional cost ranges — never your name, address, or documents) to make future reviews more accurate.

What we never do

• We never sell your information. To anyone. Ever.
• We never share your plans, bid, or identity with builders, lenders, or marketers.
• We never take referral fees from builders — so there's no one to hand your data to.

Where it lives

Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our private business email. Uploaded documents live in private cloud storage accessible only to us, and are used solely for your report.

Your choices

Want your documents or your email removed? Write us and it's done — no hoops. Every marketing email we ever send includes an unsubscribe link.
